The Reaching Home team is now accepting applications for funding for projects that prevent or reduce homelessness in the Yukon over the next two fiscal years ($5.85 million between April 1st, 2024- March 31st, 2026). In the Yukon, the territorial stream of Reaching Home funding is administered by the Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition, the territory’s designated Community Entity (CE), and is guided by a Community Advisory Board (CAB).

Funding is available for both housing and supports with activities under the following categories: Housing Services; Prevention and Shelter Diversion; Client Support Services; Capital Investments and Coordination of Resources and Data Collection (Coordinated Access).
