Whitehorse Connects

Whitehorse Connects is an opportunity for those who are homeless, living in poverty or among the working poor to come together on a given day for a range of health and human services they may not otherwise access.

Whitehorse Connects is all about building ties between service providers, businesses and community members. Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition (YAPC) spearheads this initiative but the broader community is responsible for its evolving scope and continued success. Previous Connects days have included live music, food, haircuts, foot care, immunization, healing touch, access to internet, minor clothing repair and nursing outreach.

Thanks to United Way Society of Yukon for their past and future support!
